A Symphony of Possibilities: My First Classical Orchestra Experience!! I recently had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the world of classical music at a symphony orchestra. It was an experience that went beyond just listening to music; it was a journey through the power of sound and its profound impact on the soul. Not only did I get to witness the mesmerizing performance, but I also had the unique privilege of a backstage tour. Being behind the scenes, seeing the intricacies of preparation and the dedication of the musicians, added a whole new layer of appreciation for this art form. This experience was particularly special because it came at a time in my life where my understanding and appreciation of sound and music have matured significantly. Had I attended this four years ago, my perception would have been vastly different. It's fascinating how our appreciation of art deepens as we grow and evolve. The most exciting part? Exploring the potential for a collaboration that blends the classical elements of a symphony with the mindfulness and sound healing meditation practices I facilitate. Imagine the harmonious blend of classical music with the transformative power of sound healing! Have you ever been to a live orchestra performance? The energy, the emotion, and the sheer talent on display are something everyone should experience at least once. Bravo to the BSO! Our 70th Anniversary Season officially kicked off this past Saturday. BSO Concertmaster Lisa Ferrigno shined as featured soloist in honor of her 25th season in her role. Maestro's engaging and friendly energy was the cherry on top of a fabulous performance.
